Fylly assambled Gas Cylindre Bundle

The frame is build with square pipes in the bearing parts and in the parts where the need of strong protection is necessary, especially when the accident happens. The frame parts that is in contact with the cylindrical part of the cylinders is protected with rubber bands attach to the frame to protect the cylinders fro corrosion and scraping. The cylinders are manly fix to the frame by to flexible steel bands that wraps the cylinder against the rear end of the bundle. To counteract any vertical movement of the cylinder under transportation or after a fall there is to adjustable beams that fix the cylinders to the frame. In the bottom region there is heavy fix or dismountable safety shield for protection of the cylinders against the forks on trucks. In the upper region have we placed protection plates on al sides. This plates gives god opportunities to place Safety information’s, gas marks and company logo. The frame is equipped with lifting device in the top centre and fork lifts tunnels in the bottom for lifting with forklifts. The frame and al mountable gods is hot galvanised.

Used manifold can be of many different types. The frame can easily be adjusted to costumer specific models of manifolds. Many of our customers prefer to have their one type of manifolds witched they are used to work with. One of our customers has a normal pigtail system with standard gas cylinder valves as outlet valves. A specific demand in the directive and in the standard is that we have to do drop tests with every type of manifolds that we put into the frame. We have constructed and tested several type of our one types of manifold. The main characteristic is that the manifold is vacuumed brassed into one peace with connections to the cylinders of swagelock type. The outlet valves is standard gas cylinder valves
The main type is for one valve. Then we have one with to valves situated at the same side of the bundle. The third type is with to outlet valves place on opposite sides

We are today prepared to offer you assembling of cylinder bundles. We have long going discussions with our notified body in this matter. We have now only to lay done the last adjustments to the paper work for the certification process. The ground for the assembling is that you provide us with retested or new gas cylinder. We put this cylinder in to our approved frames. The connections between the cylinders and main valves can be either of our type of manifold, our by a manifold system from other manufactures of your choice.
After assembling we leak test the complete bundle and send it back to you for filling.
